You will be using the white boards for your stands at FoDI. Some of these boards (approx 30) need to be cut and all of them (approx 200) need to be drilled (4 holes per boards) in order to use cable ties to keep them upright. We have organised a one-off support session to help you with this: Wednesday 15 June 2011, between 2.00 and 5.00 pm.Could you please send 10 students to the front door of Tolpuddle House on Wednesday at 2pm. Gary Toms will welcome the group and demonstrate how to safely use the power drill and where to get the boards cut (a member of staff will cut the boards). Please can you also stress to the students that this is very important and that a failure to prepare their boards could result in a failure to display at the Show.
